Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
Damaged on arrival or missing pages.
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Digital products (digital art downloads) - these are final sale
Opened Diamond Art kits (When items become available.)
Custom or personalised items
Regret purchases

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Extra Chart Copy

At Black Craft Limited, we understand that everyone has their own unique stitching style. If you need an extra copy of a chart you've purchased, just send us an email at blackcraftbusiness@gmail.com with the chart name and your purchase number. We're happy to help!
